Inconceivable!

This Piece was done as an OPEN sign for Waterfront Comics 609 main street Suisun City, Ca 94585! It's poking fun at the recent issue of Hulk wherein the mysterious Red Hulk jumps onto the moon with Thor under his arm. Then Red Hulk lifts Thor's hammer (which can only be wielded by those who are pure of heart) and beats Thor to a bloody pulp... I guess Odin in his infinite wisdom never accounted for a lack of gravity when enchanting Thor's hammer. Just imagine what Namor could do with it underwater with the magical properties of Buoyancy at work... grrr.

Dragon-Man vs. Medusa

The Dragon-man can make lightning come out of his eyes so the Medusa can't turn him to stone. She will have to rely on her talents as a spellcaster to win this battle.

Triple Word Score!!!

Meet Tony Wade...The Speller, with his mystical and magically enhanched board game, whatever he spells he becomes!!! I know i just wrote this as a joke but I would really want to read this comic, or write it and make Ben draw it... it could be so awesomely creepy.

I did this piece for Tony Wade a freelance reporter for my local paper. He's doing an article on diversity in comics... y'know how there is none.

Sketch-a-day

The Great Gambito!

Tuesday, June 3, 2008

June 3rd.

His name is Downer. He hails from a comic strip that appeared in Dungeon or Dragon Magazine. (I don't remember which, sorry!) It's an awesome story and only a few really geeky references would go whizzing over the heads of the general populace. check it out! It should be on the shelves of your local comic or gaming stores.
